Dell laptop 5720 suddenly shows "Battery temporarily disabled" any help?

So, my dell laptop suddenly shows a warning and im not able to charge my battery nor use it and im only able to use my laptop with AC adapter connected to it but battery just won't work and i've tried many solutions on the internet but doesn't seem to solve my issue and i also thought that my old battery was the problem, so i bought a new one but still have the same problem even though its a new battery. i would appreciate your help! Please!

I think the best that you can do is GO FOR A TECHNICIAN to check up your laptop and see to it the right solution.
