Allegro Question

I use Dev C++ and bought a book called Game Programming All in One which cost $60 - and it cannot be returned if I rip the CD out - which I did. I had every intention of buying this book, and still do, although Allegro causes so many problems. I can't find any information after searching 2 weeks on the internet, and get new problems and clear old ones every single day. I have a picture explaining my new problem.

are you having problems installing allegro? Did you compile your own allegro library or did you download one already built? If your having problems compiling your own and you don't want to mess with it, I would just download one of the pre-built ones and get started.
