Generating Help Files

Hi,

I have a project in c# and I want to generate a help file (something like .chm file) using the xml comments I have included in the code files.

Can anybody suggest me some free application to do it.
I am using VS 2008

I got the solution.
SandCastle works great.

Sandcastle does work, there's also a plugin call DocProject which uses sandcastle but plugs directly into Visual Studio which is quite nice.
