    ZKHAHADI,

This is possible with just Access, but you would have to send keystrokes to the application using Keyboard Events/Virtual Keys from the user32.dll file.

This can be quite clunky--but it can be done.

An alternate is to try to get the Software Developers Kit (SDK) from Adobe and integrate those features into Access. I have looked into that myself, but my network admins won't allow it.

Another option, since it appears you are merely filling out a form in Adobe, why not create that same form as a Report in Access, have the DB fill in the values on the Report (in the same way you would any other report). Then, save it as a PDF. This won't allow future edits as a PDF Form, but it would work.

    Additional information might hepp.

        1. Building reports in Access should not create tremendous differences between printers. I have experienced a few hitches here and there, but nothing significant.

        2. Consider this to be general advice for this forum and a gentle warning: posting a question on this forum and simply asking for us us to build a database to support your project is completely inappropriate. Just about everyone who posts here has full-time jobs and other responsibilitie s—we don’t have the time to work on someone else’s project. Additionally, the purpose of this forum is to answer questions, give advice and guide posters to solutions that they can develop on their own. We do not provide complete solutions for ideas.

You have two options to move forward with your problem: Use an Access report or simulate keystrokes to run through your file. Of the two, I would recommend the Access report because far too much can go wrong simulating keystrokes....

I agree with twinnyfo's comments but, in any case, see no attached file

I have not used the Adobe SDK, However, once you have access to it, you can declare objects as Adobe Acrobat objects, just like using MS Word/Excel in VBA.

The SDK Documentation should have adequate descriptions of the objects you will need to use.

Sorry I can't hepp any more on this....
