Current Record query from subform not working help!!
i created an append query in which i need current to be append into another table.

One Item Barcode Copies on one Page
hi friends.
how we can print barcode copies.
for example i have one item like Tea mug quantity 20 how i can print the 20 barcodes copies on one report. -
let me explain....
when i click on listbox the item name and price added in subform first row.
if i click again on itembox the item not going add in new row.
it update in old row again.
i want if i click the item name the item add in first row on again click item added in new row same one by one new row made.Leave a comment:

Put data into subform with click on List Box items
hi buddies.
i am working on MS Access Purchase system . i made a form with a subform name PurchaseForm contain ID, ItemName, ItemQuantity, ItemPrice, TotalPrice and i made and Item Listbox name ItemBox contain items names.
i want to click the item name in listbox and it fill into subform itemName. as i click the item fill in box and another row made.
how i can do this.

brother you made same database as i made. but the main thing i need is still pending. and this is not just for fun its my database for my self not for selling. and i need to make a hard printed file from this obtained access reports. and i need 30 students data on legal 18x14 page. which can paste in hard folder in print form. so i need to get the 400 students print on 13 separate pages with totals end on every pageLeave a comment:

first of all i want to explain what i want to do. this report belongs to the students fee structure i will show in below image. every separate fee column shown in report total in below textbox which shows how much fee collected for that , what ever you can call faculty or department and in last showing the totals of totals. from up to down showing total of total and from left to right showing total of above separate columns of each department....Leave a comment:

Explain: for example i have 400 students and i print the whole database and in last i get the total sum of the fee. so i want to print only 30 record of students on page and i need total sum of the students fee in every... -
Selection based MS Access Report
hi buddies!
can we create a report on selection base?
mean to say
if we create combobox or checkbox of all columns and there are several data in table and we just chose some of columns and auto generate the report by check the boxes or selection on combobox -
ok i understand. now how if we print a bank slip for a student number 223344 and after they deposit in bank we are going to scan this slip using barcode scanner . then how the track will work and send the student information to Paid/Unpaid txtbox. like i made a textbox name tracking another Paid/Unpaidtxt. the default value for Paid/Unpaidtxt is Unpaid. after scan it will turn to paid. now how this will work.Leave a comment:
