a popup box?

Hello!
I have a combo box on a form that I need to add a pop up box to if the value selected is "Other". I've been looking around and I see how people have a popup form come up, but I just want a box with a message that they can dismiss. Can that be done?

Yes. Use the control AfterUpdate event

What are the record-source and bound-column?

Depending on that information, either S4P suggestion will work, or you may need to modify the code to look for the value of the bound-column based on the record-source.
