read and save picture in access

i want to know how to save picture in access through vb.net
and after saving we have to delete the picture from hard disk and then read picture from database(access )

In fact you want what? To get a picture from the hard disk and save it in Ole Object in Access?

Try this thread (Storing a JPEG within a database).
I had a similar problem and it solved it for me.
I realise this isn't code related but it describes the manual process.
