Simple Report Question

hey,

Sounds basic i suppose but when you dont know how to do it, well you can imagine.

I have a report showing the first name, last name and extension, the problem is i only get 1 list going down and it doesnt utilise the full landscape page.

e.g

First | Last | Ext
First | Last | Ext
First | Last | Ext
First | Last | Ext

where as i want it to be like

First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext
First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext
First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext First | Last | Ext

Any ideas?

Edit Report.
File / Page setup.
Explore the Columns tab - this should give you what you need.

Yeah simply choose 2 columns and format the columns to be near to your vision of your report... And no pbs... When you change the standart of your paper u change only those settings without changing your report and it's vision!
