When the table contains more than 220 fields!

When on of my tables reached 200-200 fields the first time it wasn't a problem to save it...

But When i've decided to add a field... Ther was a message that explained that there is a lot of columns..

I've delt some but... no result over there.. i could'nt more savce my table...

    I've caceled the save...

Copied the fields in a new table, added the new ones... And saved without problems...

So maybe if I want to change my table... it's better to recreate it isn't it?

You could try a Compact & Repair.
It sounds like Access is deleting the fields but still holding on to the field info internally.
I would expect a C&R to clear the extraneous stuff out.
Alternatively, Copy and Paste the table selecting the structure only option, then copy the data across. This may leave you with a table you can continue to design.

      Yeah,

Fortunatelly that those aren't tables with important information on them... Only temporary tables to accelerate my work :)

      Thanks :)
