    prob in Access database

Everyday when data is fed in Access, it is fine in the database; but when checked in the morning, sometimes it is corrupt. What may be the prob and how to rectify it?

Without knowing everything that happens to the database then, and in the mean time, it's impossible to guess what is causing your problem.
To fix, try the 'Compact and Repair Database...' option from 'Database Utilities' in the 'Tools' menu (So, 'Tools' \ 'Database Utilities' \ 'Compact and Repair Database...'.

One of the most common causes of corruption is users not exiting the application properly, but using the X in the top right hand corner. Investigate if that is happening and stop it if it is.

There are viruses that can corrupt access databases. Have you run a virus scan

It might also be helpful if we knew what version of Access we are discussing.
