(HELP)Call Specific Field into Form from Report

Guys i am working ona simple form & report, the problem i face might be so easy to be solved but i am a bigenner in Access & need ur help Experts.
The problem is that i created a simple form with a single field (combo list) contains products type & a print button that calls a report that should display the employee name & the hire date related to the product type chosen from the previous form.

When you understand how to create a parameter query based on a field in form, then the only thing is to assign this parameter query to your report!

If you're stuck we'l tell but this doesn't fit to the forum policy about double posting! ;)
