Double Reporting

Hey,

I am having trouble with a report that I am trying to write in Access. I am putting the body of the report in the "Detail" section. However, when I run the report I keep getting two copies of everything in the "Detail" section. How do I get only one.

Hey Steve,

First you can see your query or table on which is based your report... See if there is a repetitive rows....

If yeah you can eliminate them using the Group bouton /sum/ in your query

or

In your report create a group and move in this group everything that is in the details!

The choice is yours!
