Package & Deploy Wizard is not appearing

    Dear Sir,

I have developed a MS Access 2003 programme. Now I need to package this programme to run without MS Access 2003.

When I go to Add-in Manager the Package & Deploy Wizard is not appearing how can I load Package & Deploy Wizard to Add-in Manager

I appreciate your co-operation in this regard.

    Thanks

    Fuard

Are you sure that it is possible?

Have system working without MS Access!

In my Access version there isn't a simmilar package! But this is the first time that I listen to that package!

In fact I know that there is programs that transform Ms access to Visual basic and then in Exe but directly to exe

In fact something similar to exe is obtained when You create an mde file! All the code of your project is compiled and transfored in exe! This speeds up a lot your application!

Also if you want to run the application without using the standard Access, you have to use Access runtime to do it! In this version you can't design and make changes! It's only to run your program!

Be carefull sometimes the beheviour of this Access is a bit strange ;)

Go online and do a search for "Packaging Wizard". It allows you to create databases in MS Access as stand alones. There are a number of them.
