I'm using the printf function to display some textual information. It is possible that the string may contain different symbols such as $#%^&* somewhere within the text.

I know that to handle the % that I need to use a %% to make the string evaluate correctly.
for example:
will display as strin%g

I want to create a single shape file from multiple mxd's that have multiple frame sets with different extents in them. I have found/started a python script to do this (code below) but can't figure out how to write the captured X&Y Max/Min into the shape file that is created for this. See output below - an Attribute Error is generated.

I also want it to write the scale and title of the frame as well as the file name...

The order I was writing a HARMLESS batch file prank to put on my girlfriends brother's computer, but i hit a wall. You see, I know how to make a vbs message box, but I don't know how to make it so that if they hit yes, something different happens from when they hit no.

The action I want to depend on the yes/no factor is the running of a batch file.

Hi I'm trying to put together an Image Gallery. Everytime you click on an image it opens a new browser window. I want the Enlarged Imge to open in the same window in a designated area ('Box2'). How can I make this work???
