Can access select the larger number?
I'm just learning to use MS Access. I have a table named "Total time". In that table I have two fields named "hundreds" and "Expr4" (both are number format with two decimal places). What I'm needing to do is have Access select the larger number of the two fields. Is there an expression that can handle this for me? if so please help... -
Access 2002: Fiscal year calculations
Hello. I am creating a database to track contracts, their cost, and project future fiscal costs of those contracts. Basically the operator enters the contract start date, end date, and total cost of the contract. What I need this data to produce is 1. Calculate an average cost per month of the contract duration. 2. By the dates entered, calculate which fiscal years are covered. 3. Track each fiscal years total cost.
