how to change web page size or resolution

I'm new to web designing. I used visual web developer express 2008 to design a web site. The resolution on my laptop is 1600x900 and displays the site pages perfectly (www.mapleparkc hicago.com). The issue is that when others veiw the page on the web they have to scroll to the right to see all of the content and some of the content seem to not be centered. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Can access select the larger number?

I'm just learning to use MS Access. I have a table named "Total time". In that table I have two fields named "hundreds" and "Expr4" (both are number format with two decimal places). What I'm needing to do is have Access select the larger number of the two fields. Is there an expression that can handle this for me? if so please help...

How to convert short time into a decimal

I'm using MS access. I created a query that calculates elasped time, results are returned in a short time format. I now need to add to the query a way to convert the short time into a decimal... example (14:30 into 2.5).

    Calculate Percentages

I created a table in Access 2007 called "Accidents" . I have a field called
"Fault Description" which allows the user to select the option of "Fault" or
"No fault" from a list. In the report footer, I want a number to reflect the percentage of records that have the option of "Fault" selected. I want to run this report by date range, i have already added the date field.
