VB6: MSchart - moving points on a graph

I have a line graph created using MSChart on VB6. However, I want to be able to move a point on the graph to another point, and then a message box displays.

Nobody seems to know how to do this.

Please help me! I have been at it for days. I guess I am suppose to use 'Point Activated'?
