I recently edited a 2003 Access Database using the 2007 version.
When using it with 2007, using the scroll wheel on the mouse when one is a
form will scroll the page up & down. However, one of users is on Access
2003, and when using the wheel on her mouse, it will flip through the
saved records in the database, in essence going from one record to another, as opposed to just scrolling up & down the form....

I am working with MS Access 2007, using Windows XP.
I have eights fields in one section of my form. Each one has a combo box
with the following 3 options:
Field1: 2.5, 0, "" (I am using a blank to designate a null value)
Field 2: 2.5, 0, ""
Field 3: 2.5, 0, ""
Field 4: 2.5, 0, ""
Field 5: 10, 0, ""
Field 6: 5, 0, ""...
