I have make a desktop program that gives a text and send to one existing web program in internet .
that program do some works on that text and make a output.i want develop an program that can send and resived a text frome internet.
i want to do it in vb.net!!!!

you have much bugs in this way!!!
You can write an script(ASP/ASP.Net/...) that chek your user that is in your web application or not!
