hi i had it installed on my home computer , but it is now ruined because of the hurricane so i am trying to install it on my laptop which is running win xp pro. at first i kept getting the windows componets need to be updated and when i would hit the pre-reqs it would keep saying i need to restart. etc. then i ran the wcu from the disk and it let me goto the install vs.net. #2 but now when i try to install it it gives me a error- the file cannot...
