Hi i wrote article http://www.iepak.com/30/topicdetail.aspx about converting videos to flv using PHP uses FFMPEG.exe in background, if you make little bit changes in exec command it works 100% properly for windows server, but actually in linux exe files are not executing, so you must use or implement FFMPEG-PHP or Mencoder for this purpose. It is little bit tricky but not so difficult to implement both tools. If i have time i will wrote article about... -
