I am trying to add more than three conditional formatting conditions such that
If the Moisture values is > 3.5 it turns the text box = Red
is between 2.35 - 3.25 , the text box = Green
is > 3.25 and < 3.5 = Yellow
is < 2.35 and >2.10 = Yellow
is < 2.10 = Red

i want to chart the data from report for on daily, weekly and monthly basis and i have three variable i.e. time , date and Moisture.
Can someone guide me how to arroach this issue, its simply driving me nuts. -
I dont know, i am already running out in time becuase of the deadline of this project and i dont know how i can really sort it out now :(, nothing is working, i think we should have a provision in this wepage to exchange DB's as it will make life more easier.

First of all, can i look at the code for the three conditions i wrote , so that i get an e.g. of how to build the code.
Secondly, how do i do the conditional formatting for each and every single field?

rabbit i followed your instructions in last post and have a form named frmName and have two textbox fields startdate and enddate , i have set the date criterion as Between [Forms]![frmName]![StartDate] And [Forms]![frmName]![EndDate] in all the individual queries.
1. now i open the form frmname
2. enter the startdate and enddate in form.
3. i have a command button on the form to open the main report

I have tried this but it is not working too, i have changed the control source property in the form.
I have following fields, Date, Part Number, Good pieces, External Scrap, External Scrap % and Total Production.

I have a query where i join all the tables i want in the report, i add the criterion in the date as Between #[Forms]![frmReports]![txtStartDate]# And
#[Forms]![frmReports]![txtEndDate], but when i generate the report , i dont use this query, i use individual reports which are based on different queries, becuase if i do it using the query the report doesnt come out in the format desired.
