Place a label in the page and keep its visible property to false initially, when the emailid is alredy present in the database and u wanna show the message set the visible proerty to true and set the text to the message

Logging Application Block
Does any one know how to make the Logging Application Block of Microsoft enterprise library to read the error log priority level to read from Oracle database and compare it with the current logs priority level. By default Logging Application Block does so by reading the minimum priority level from web.config file.
