I my self solve the Error, so that i submitt the reply for my self, coz if some body need in future thn check it out.
for this just use the namespace where the html code inherits...

Well, as i think, before start the any of both version, just stop the IIS from administrative tool, then again start the vs2002, and at the cmd prompt rum start the IIS, Hope its work, and side by side you start the VS2005 its ask that either you wann to convert the vs2002 code to vs2005 thn just select no.
May be at the Installation of vs2005, there is a option to convert or migrate older to new, so please be sure that its select...Leave a comment:

I am using the .net1.1 and sql server, my all connectivity is working okey at the loacl host, but after upload it and hit the website, its show the explicitly call Error Page which we configure in web.config that any error occur, it will display the Error page when we change the config file that do not show the error page then after hiting the website it... -

it might be u havent configure ur IIS, alos create your Virtual Directory.
one thing u also do, 1st format ur OS and then again installe ur VS1.1, coz due to install again and again VS1.1 on same OS without formating the system it may cause such problem, so if u can format ur system, u try to do it and do all work as above i told.
