sorry about the poor explanation guys! I'll try and make this one a bit more understandable.
I have to create a database to be used as a booking system at a local school. A specification of the system is that it should be able to produce monthly invoices that take into account school holidays.
The booking system is to be used by a day care club. It will book the children into any number of sessions that run on any day...Leave a comment:

The add session part of my database now works just as I would like it to! So many thanks for your help there.
However, I still have the problem that my tab control is only visible if there is any data present on the subform that one page of it contains, even though the first tab always has data present. Do you have any ideas as to how to solve this?

Ahh sorry.
I am using my tabs to display all the data about 1 person at a time, so 1 tab has the personaly details about the person, the next has a subform on that shows all the sessions that the person is booked in for and I have a another tab to add new sessions for the person.
Would it be easier to create a seperate form to add sessions for each person?Leave a comment:

Creating a report based on dates
Hi
Please excuse my poor description of the task.
I have to make a report for my database. I need to have a report for each month. I need to make it so that each report contains every weekday of the month and places the results into a table, which has 7 columns. The other 6 columns need to provide a True/False grid based on the column titles(Session Names), which are the same on all reports.

Tabstrip on a form
Hi,
I am pretty new to access and have created a booking database. I have a form, which has a tabstrip on that contains all the details about a person on one page of the tabstrip and all the bookings they have on another page.
I have another form where the user selects the person whose details they would like to see, then the form with the tabstrip on is displayed, and linked to the previous form but the PersonID....
No activity results to display
