It is a file containing a report from HRSA.....Bureau of Primary Health Care (Uniform Data System). After looking around I think that the federal agency gives software to organizations. I know the organization that sent me the report will have a copy of the software. I will get a copy from them.

I have created a website using VWD 2008. The interface allows a user to enter information such as (first name, last name, donation amount, etc.). I also want to add a feature to upload images and also have the images write to a field in the Access 2007 database. I have already created a new field in the database for type "attachment ".
Also I have added the file upload control to my web page, and updated all my gridview... -

Is it best to shut down computers daily or leave them running?
I have heard arguments from both sides of the field. Some prefer to shut down daily and others prefer to leave computers running and only shut them down to re-boot a few times per month. What are some of your opinions out there and why?
