Adding currency problems
Hi there,
I am currently having trouble with some issues with adding Currency values. I have one column with values of transactions and the other column has a running total. It works great however, because the numbers are rounded (currency), they don't look like they add up right eventhough they do.
For instance: if you add $2,632.1743 and $8.6528, you get $2,640.8271. The problem is when the currency rounds these amounts... -

Printing a report from a form
Hi,
I've created a database where I have a form with clients information and I also generate a report that is based on different queries. What I would like to do is print the report that matches the form of the selected client. I created a print report button, however it prints all of the reports that are created. Is there a way of printing the report that is specific to the client that is active in the form?

Calculation in an Access Report
Hi,
I am creating a report for different accounts. I have a starting balance, and transactions. Everything is working great, however I am not able to create another column that can have the transaction column + the starting balance. I want a continuous balance down the one side of the report. I can get the transaction to total by creating a "running sum" column, but is there a way to create another column that uses that information... -

Running Balances
I have a table with the account balance, a table with the account holders infomation, a table with the interest rate, and a table with the transactions.
Then I start the queries to get some amounts that I need.
I have a query that tells you the transactions done in the first month.
A query that sorts them with all the accounts.
A query that adds interest on the transactions.

Too many queries?
I am trying to create a database in Access 2003 that uses a series of queries to calculate the balance on different accounts. All of my calculations are working great, however it seems that I am running out of space in the queries. Each month I use a query to find out - the interest of the month, the transactions in that month, the interest on the transactions each month, totals for those and then the fininshing balance for the month. System Resources Exceeded
Hi, I'm working a database that uses a lot of queries. I need to calculate different interest rates each month and different transactions. Everything is working for the first 4 months fine, but when I go to get a total for May, I get a error that "System Resources Exceeded". The database is only 3 mb in size but I do use about 13 queries per month to do all the calculations. Is there a limit to the number of queries you can run?
