hi,
I have developed a multithreaded MFC activeX control, which i host on the Internet Explorer.
when i click on the close button of the Internet Explorer i.e., when the user decides to end the application, I perform a check to see whether any threads are still active. If so, I display a message asking the user if he really wants to quit. If he clicks on 'NO' then i should be able to revert back the entire operation, i.e.,...

undoing the browser close operation.

Difference between MFC and VC++
Hi
I recently joined a software firm as a trainee, where i have been asked to learn MFC. The book which I am referring is Visual C++.net programming bible. I don't understand the difference between VC++ and MFC. In the introduction of the book the author says that it is a MFC book and not a .net book. So, can anybody tell me the difference.. plz.
Thanks and Regards
bharath
