Hi, the volunteer's data is in this format:
TblVolunteers = VolunteerID; PK
TblLocations = LocationsID; PK (contains date and time made using lookup wiz)
TblJunction = JunctionID; PK / VolunteersID; FK / LocationsID; FK
On Form frmWhendoIwork I am trying to build subform with drop down option for each location, day and time. My present subform is not saving the data and showing the same data on each...Leave a comment:

Thanks for your reply. And I apologize for posting my question twice. ALso I appreciate your suggestion to understand the fundamental, I flipped through few books but couldnt catch this problem by myself so I am here.....Anyway
The only problem with this subform is it cant hold the data I am putting manually whereas the subform table shows the updated data. I am sure am missing something very minor. I am working on it but if couldnt...Leave a comment:
