When this problem started to happen.... had you recently uprgraded the Windows Media Player 11?
My HP supports thinks it may have something to do with it. They suggested I uninstall and go back to WMP 10. I have not yet done this, as I have the NERO program to use without receiving the error messages... and the Sonic program still works.. just get the error popups when closing program....
