    Read BLOB locator and load the value to DB2 table

    I have to read a BLOB locator in a data file and load its values from another file
    into a DB2 table.
    The BLOB locator is of type COMBINATIONS.00 1.0.456/ and its value is in
    COMINATIONS.001 file starting at position 0 having a length og 456.
    I was looking for an example code for reading such blobs using ILE RPG embedded sql.
    Can anyone help me find atleast psuedo code for doing the above.

        Hi
        I have a flat file with BLOB data that I want to load into DB2 running on AS400 V5R3.
        I tried to use iSeries navigator import function but it gives me a warning saying I don't have the reference file for the BLOB column. I am lost as to how to specify the filel path for the command CPYFRMIMPF to load the BLOB column. Any help is much appreciated.
