I'd like to be able to access EXIF data in a JPEG file without expanding the file into a Bitmap object.

I've searched for a ready made solution for a few hours and all the existing VB.NET code I've found loads the file into a Bitmap object first with all the accompanied memory usage.

I could hard code something myself, but it feels like something someone should have done before and there's no point in duplicating their...
