No, I didn’t. If I developed these tools before, I never asked this question. I don’t want it for commercial purpose. I am a post graduate student and this is a part of my research. I am going to select best language for web tracking and web content analysis.... -
I want to monitor user behavior over a web page.there are many of tools that extract these information.for example what time special user stay on the page or site or how many times visit the page. I dont want use the tools. I want myself develop the program.

is Javascript suitable and enough for web anayltics?
for a project I need to analysis web over several criteria. I dont exactly know Javascript is suitable and enough or I need other langugae for web anayltics. do you have any idea? -
for web content analysis: Perl or other case?
For a project I need to analysis of web content. So I should get a web page as a input and then decompose information and other objects. Every object may have special processing after decomposition. I have doubt which language is more suitable for this situation. Do you think python is a good option or recommend Perl or other languages? I have to mention that I have C++ programming experience and a little JavaScript.
