How can do image processing in VB?
Is it possible to do complex activities on the image.
Can I do the following process?
1. Mark an image.
2. Replace the image with another one.
3. Give a blur, smudge etc. effect in image.
If it is not possible in VB, which is the another
programming language or tool can be used?
