I need to add a subform to an existing form that I have.

The issue is that I have only 1 table that houses all of the data I require to be in there. The main table has 25 fields and approx. 1000 records currently. Of those records some of the information is the same, for example I have multiple lines for 1 customer, I would like to design a form that will show their information that would remain static to that...
