      Cookie HELP!

      I'm new to cookies and for about 20 hours during the past two days have been banging my head over this problem and have developed nothing but a huge headache.

      I have a large form for a college website that I need submitted anonymously by students to evaluate their courses for this semester. I am trying to use the cookie(s) to prevent them from evaluating a single course more than once, although they can evaluate more than one course...
