Please help When i try to create any DSS form through the Admin Control Centre(ACC) it keeps coming up with an erroe message.

When I open certain saved files in excel it appears with the error message
'Error in loading DLL'
and also it won't let me save the file again once I have edited it, it just says
'document not saved'
Please help -

PDA Problem
If I turn off my Blackberry I lose the connection to the server when I turn it back on and stop receiving emails.
The wireless is on and I've tried removing and replacing the battery to no effect.
Can this be fixed or should I just keep the Blackberry on all the time (once its been fixed again)? -
cd/dvd not working
I have a Dell X300 Laptop which has a docking station including the CD/DVD Drive. The machine does not locate the CD/DVD drive hence I am unable to view client supplied comms materials on CD. How do i make the cd/dvd drive on the docking staion work? -

CMD.exe window not able to be shut down.
Usually after a telnet session has timed out when running from within a CMD window, i am unable to close/remove the process from bottom toolbar. The application still appears to be running in task manager, but there is no processes associated with it. ie no cmd.exe running. I believe it is a windows bug. Anyone else seen/fixed this
