There was no menu bar in the toolbars i clicked on properties and found it reset defaults and it appeared thanks for the help! -
I have 2003, and yes it is the menu bar, not the toolbar, i tried to restore and i also clicked on the option to customize toolbars but no luck. Thanks for the help...Leave a comment:

{SOLVED} Missing File toolbar in access
I am missing my main toolbar in MS access. the one that has, File, View, etc on it. I cannot get it back ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!. I even did a repair and that did not work
