For example: can buttons actually be placed on a form at each row of data in a list box?
What happens when new data is added to the existing data in the list box?
Can the buttons be managed for new data coming in? -- Is this a stupid way to work the problem in access?

What is the best way to approach this problem?
I am trying to put a programming spec together.
1. I have a filtered query of data on a form
2. Each row of data needs to be exported as a unique workbook
3. File name for each workbook is derived from the row of data
4. An existing excel template is chosen for the new workbook based on data in the row
5. The data in the query...
