I currently am trying to generate a report. I have a bunch of option buttons on my form. What I am tryign to do is generate a list of each option selected.
So a list of how many times each option is selected. Sicne each option has its own field in the table i'm having trouble executing a if statment. This what i Have so far and i keep getting a syntax error:

I got through the wizard part. However what I am having trouble grasping is how to link the value in the option group to the value in the combo box.
So if John smith is selected in the combo box. How will his current status be displayed in the option group.

Combo Box Options Group
Hi there I am currently making a sub form. The form will have a combo box and a option group. The combo box contains a list of four employees. The option group has to radio buttons labeled Active and Inactive. These radio buttons will show the status of each employee.
However, how can I show the current status of each employee. For example, If John smith is selected in the combobox, his current status shoudl appear in the radio buttons... -
Populate Field
Hi there I am currently creating a Maintenance Form, which can change the status of an employee from Active to Inactive. However when I created the form I want their current status to be displayed.
For instance, there is drop down box containing the name of the employee and next to it there is a drop down box with either Active or Inactive in it. So if employee named Henry Jones is selected his current status should appear in the other... -

Ok great, I think I will go with the combo box idea. Since each record could only have a Max 5 errors. I will just set up 5 combo boxes.

Yes, ok i'm getting on track. I am using multiple tables so I have the form referencing the query. However, what I"m confused about is that since the check box represents a number in a field. No, this is my first time. What I have read on the net is that Check boxes can only hold yes/no values. How can I change this so that it represents a value such as (1,2,3 ....) which will correspond to a medication error on a table.
