As far as I know, we don't have yet the best. Because it always depends on your use cases. But If you're gonna ask a azure devoloper he/she probably tell you that MS Azure is the best and on the other hand if you ask a AWS Developer what is the best. No doubt he'll say that AWS is the best. Anyway I use AWS. And AWS comes with allot of services for storing data. The cheapest one is the S3. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/s3/index.html.
