All of my records are saving to the query table except the first line of my record in my subform. When i move through the main forms, the cursor ends up on the first line of the subform records and clears it. How can I solve this?

When I enter details for a route number in the subform, for a customer in the main form it saves it and I can add multiple entries. When I go to a new customer, I can also add and save the records for them. However, the first record of the route number is not saying in the query table. When I go back to the first entered customer records for route number, the cursor goes back to the first record and clears it, but everything stays. How can I fix...
