I have been creating and running VB6 programs for many years. To reduce problems I have been compiling them and packaging them with the P&D Wizard under Windows 2000 in VirtualBox.
Up to Windows 7 this worked fine but with Windows 8.1 when I run setup.exe to try and install a program, I get the message
Cannot start the main setup program! (CreateProcess( ) returned error code 0x000000C1H)
I have tried installing from an XP...
