Before you try anything else:-
1 Check your php pages, there should be no white space before the first <?php
2 make sure your session calls are the first thing your page sees
3 Make sure your pages do not have a BOM. It depends on your web editor, I use Webmatrix and save pages as unicode(UTF-8 without signature)
That solved the problems for me
