Thanks for ur attention, may I did not tell enough information about my application, I am working in dictionary application where all the data stored en database file, the installation program install the application and the database file in the end user machine.... So I do not know in this kind of application how they protect theire databasefile to be used by other program or to prevent the user to open the database file alone.

VB.NET: I want to protect my database from use out of my application

I am working in vb.net application, I almost finesh, the problem is : the application depend on MS access (.mdb )database file, the data is the most important in my aplication... so when I deploy the application on the user computer, any one can copy or access the data from the database and use it out of the application.... .please tel me how can I prevent that?
