I have win 7 professional 64. Effective October 26, Russia changed its time. This is a one-time change, turning clocks back one hour from permanent daylight time to permanent standard time. However, so far MS has mot made this change in their clock gadget. It still shows "Moscow" as UTC+4 instead of UTC+3. (I don't have any way to communicate this to MS. I tried creating a support account, but MS failed email me a confirmation code.)...
