Hi -- I'm working on a simple one-table Access database. We would like to add one field where we can keep track of volunteer training. We want one field that would store each department the volunteer is trained to work in.

I tried making a look up table with values I created and also used a look up table pulling from a created "department " table. But both times the table will only accept one value for the field. (For example,...
