Tools to develop a project (Original Post In Access/VBA)
Hi folks,
i'm having a big problem trying to project something.
I work in a big company that has many issues on IT permissions. So, my boss asked me to develop a database and a user interface to make easier to keep a history of ours projects.
When i received that demand, i though that it would be a easy task. But.. as soon as i start working, the tools are not clear. First of all, i cannot use any server...
