i have table called po it holds columns pono,supplierid ,itemname,docda te,itemdisc,rat e,discount,tota lamount
on different docdate with different supplierid and different rate same item is there in po table
when i give itemname in run time it has to give least rate of that item with docid and supplierid in last 6 months from as on date.

I have table name time_data in that it holds (docid,docdate, usertype,fromda te,todate,useri d ) columns date format is 'dd/mm/yyyy' now i want to retrieve the data by giving the run time parameters month and year ...'JUN' and '2013' .....
for suppose if i give month jan and year 2013 in that jan month it what date i have entered ..has to come ...total sum of users

I have erp (client ) installed all the endusers system ,when they do search in any module screen we are get an error , for that we have 2 folders name structure and temp if we drop this error goes so every time we cannt delete manually so i need a batch file for droping this 2 folder for every 1 hr even user is using that erp or not ...
os platform is windows 7 and xp ....so kindly help out in this issue ASAp......
