i am new to this forum, and to any programing also.

i am trying to create a simple wizard style thing, that will move in steps, people could read info, watch excel spreadshits, and fill in numbers that will be processed as in excel or through...
and at the end of the wizard, they will have several filled charts to be printed easely.

any idea to where should i start?
using what?
